Use Alternate Units

  • Alternate unit pricing is supported through the creation of simple products in Magento with a custom option to choose a unit.
  • CPCommerceallows for specific alternate units to beincluded in the product upload on a per item basis using the following settings on an item record:
    • Sell Stocking Unit
    • Sell Unit 1
    • Sell Unit 2
    • Sell Unit 3
    • Sell Unit 4
    • Sell Unit 5
  • Note: Items with alternate units are created in Magento using a custom option select box to choose from each available unit. * DEPRECATED *
