This article will guide you through filtering reports by event item number in Counterpoint.
- Go to Point of Sale > Reports > History.
- Click Ticket History.
- In the Ticket History menu, navigate to the Ticket History Line tab at the top.
- Right click the blank area and click Customize:
- Next to Item Number, click Between and then select Contains:
- Right click the blank area again and press Simplify:
- Enter in the item number for the event next to Item Number contains and press Preview.
