This article will guide you through the steps of filtering reports by the ticket type (Adults, Kids, Member, etc.).

Step-by-step Guide

  1. Go to Point of Sale > Reports > History.

  2. Click Ticket History.

  3. In the Ticket History menu, navigate to the Ticket History Line tab at the top.

  4. Right click the blank area and click Customize:

  5. Click <Click here to add a condition>

  6. Click on the red highlighted text and select Selling unit from the list:

  7. Then, click on the <?> in that same row and in the field that pops up, enter the name of the ticket type.

      1. The name of the ticket type should be either the stocking unit or the alt unit in Counterpoint.

  8. If you press Preview, you should now see the report only showing items of that ticket type (in this example, the report is sorted by Adults).
