This article will guide you through the steps of filtering reports by the ticket type (Adults, Kids, Member, etc.).
Step-by-step Guide
- Go to Point of Sale > Reports > History.
- Click Ticket History.
- In the Ticket History menu, navigate to the Ticket History Line tab at the top.
- Right click the blank area and click Customize:
- Click <Click here to add a condition>
- Click on the red highlighted text and select Selling unit from the list:
- Then, click on the <?> in that same row and in the field that pops up, enter the name of the ticket type.
- The name of the ticket type should be either the stocking unit or the alt unit in Counterpoint.

- The name of the ticket type should be either the stocking unit or the alt unit in Counterpoint.
- If you press Preview, you should now see the report only showing items of that ticket type (in this example, the report is sorted by Adults).
