How to Create a Transactional Email
Step-by-step Guide
1. In the Magento 2 admin panel, go to Marketing> Communications> Email Templates.
2. Click the Add New Template button (Upper Right Corner)
3. Select a template from the Template drop down. Then click the Load Template button.
4. Enter a Template Name.
5. To enter additional variables, click the Insert Variable button.
6. Click the Preview Template button (Upper Right Corner) to show what the template will look like before saving.
7. When finished editing click the Save Template button (Upper Right Corner).
