Event Tickets: Create an Event - Step 2: Setting Up Your Event Online

After setting up your event in Counterpoint, you will need to do some configuration for the event online before you finally create it.

In this step we setup the different locations within our event, the times or tables available, and the number of tickets for the event.

Locations/Spaces

    • Navigate to Catalog → Event Tickets by Aheadworks →Spaces.
      • 19010437.png
    • You will be redirected to the Spaces page. This will show a list of your current spaces.
      • Spacesare the different locations for an event.
        • Examples of Spaces are different rooms or buildings that an activity can bein.
        •  If your event has multiple locations, you would want to setup a Space for each location.

          • For example, let's say you have an event that teaches classes in four rooms.
            • This would require 4Spacestotal, one space for eachroom.

          • Only Have One Location?

If your event does not have different locations, you will only need to create 1 space for the event.
