This sync moves customers from Counterpoint to the website. By default, this does not need to be on, as customers are created automatically as needed by the order sync.
When customers are imported from Counterpoint to Magento, they are sent an email regarding their new account.Only Enable this sync if you want ALL eCommerce customers to be signed up on the website.
This syncs loyalty changes from posted changes in Counterpoint to the website. This will update the balance of customer's loyalty balance if they are a valid ecommerce customer in Counterpoint with a loyalty program.
