CPC: Customers Page

This article covers all the tasks within the customer's page of the sync interface.

Customers

This sync moves customers from Counterpoint to the website. By default, this does not need to be on, as customers are created automatically as needed by the order sync.


When customers are imported from Counterpoint to Magento, they are sent an email regarding their new account.Only Enable this sync if you want ALL eCommerce customers to be signed up on the website.


Loyalty

This syncs loyalty changes from posted changes in Counterpoint to the website. This will update the balance of customer's loyalty balance if they are a valid ecommerce customer in Counterpoint with a loyalty program. 


This sync requires an additional module. If you would like to sync loyalty points from Counterpoint,please ask our support team.


Rewards

This sync brings loyalty changes from the website to Counterpoint. In counterpoint, these will be listed as point adjustments that will need to be posted.
